Rai , produced by Sunil Lulla and scripted by Tanu Weds Manu writer Himanshu Sharma, is a love story with a huge difference Dhanush as Kundan, a young Brahmin in Varanasi, falls in love with Sonam Kapoor aka Zoya, a Muslim girl, Kundan’s mission in life is to worship Zoya .The chemistry between Dhanush and Sonam is strikingly impressive .The performance of Dhanush plays the key role for the uplift of the story.Sonam Kapoor is pretty good in role of Muslim girl Zoya and Abhay Deol in his few minutes in the film and he managed to do the quiet impressive job . A R Rahman's music is absolutely heart beating . First half, it is an interesting, intense, introspective love story. It is definitely the best love story of the year. A film that touches the core of your heart. On the whole it’s a film that's definitely worthy of a watch.
